The main reason to choose Coleman Video is because I have been the bride and I know how important this day is. Plus, I am going to do my personal best to make sure you get a wonderful video that you can watch time after time
and cherish forever. I pay attention to the little details that make your video unique to you. This is your wedding and
your video keepsake should be a true reflection of you, your groom, and the joy you felt on your wedding day!

Why do you only offer one main package?
Everyone's needs and wants are different, but I feel in order to get the footage and quality I need to make a product worth making, there are some things that no one should go without. One of those things is two videographers. I feel
this is very important to making a great video because no one can be in two places at once.  In addition, this ensures
that we will always have a backup in case equipment should fail without a moments notice.

What is a Photo Montage?
Still photos brought to life with a montage set to the music of your choice.  Great for weddings, rehearsal dinners, graduations, anniversaries, birthdays, or any special occasion. The price varies, so please feel free to visit my photo

How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date?
I can book weddings as early as one year in advance, but no later than one month before the actual wedding date.

How many weddings do you typically work on at a time?
I typically try to not have more than 3 uncompleted projects going at one time. This gives me a chance to give each individual project more  focused attention,  while at the same time allows me a chance to work on something else
and come back to your project with fresh eyes. It's a win-win situation. Therefore, I try to only do one wedding per
month, and I schedule on a first come, first served basis.  

Will you attend the rehearsal? The rehearsal dinner?
I ALWAYS attend the rehearsal. Why? Because this is the best time for me and my husband to see what will be taking place at the wedding, get all of our questions answered and know exactly what we need to do and where we
need to go to get the footage necessary to make the perfect video for you. If you want your rehearsal or rehearsal
dinner to be filmed, there is an additional fee of $250.

What if my event gets cancelled or something goes wrong?
Coleman Video will take the utmost care to produce a tape of good quality. However, we will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: power failure, equipment malfunction,  defective
tape stock or client misuse of equipment. If filming is prevented due to such occurrences, all  monies paid will be
refunded in full. However, if the wedding is cancelled by the customer for ANY reason, all  monies, minus the non-
refundable deposit, will be paid in full.

Who exactly will be shooting my video? Do you use subcontractors?
My husband and I proudly do all of our shooting - nothing goes through anyone else but us. To learn more about us and our credentials, please visit our bio page.

Will I get the master tape? How many copies come with the package?
All unedited raw footage is property of Coleman Video;  however, copies of that footage can be purchased for a $200 fee, and will be provided in VHS format only. Edited final product will be provided on DVDs and the standard package
includes 3 copies.  Additional copies may be purchased for $25 each.

How long will it take for me to get my video?
Editing is a process that takes time if done right. You can expect to have your video in the mail no later than 8-12 weeks. Express Service is available for an additional price of $350.

What types of payment are accepted?
As of now, only checks or money orders are accepted.  However, if you need to pay by credit card, for an additional fee of $30, I am able to accept PayPal.com payments.  A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time you sign &
return the contract. This will save your date. The rest of your balance is due in full AT or BEFORE the rehearsal.

How long is the finished video?
Each DVD includes a highlight video of the whole day including: Pre-ceremony/Preparations, Ceremony, Photo Session(s) & Reception. This video can run between 10-20 minutes and includes movie-like credits at the end.
Each DVD also includes the ceremony from start to finish in real time with minor editing inter-locking the two
cameras together.

What do I need to do to book your services?
Email or call to confirm that the date of your event is still available.  Afterwards, if we are available all you need to do is open up our contract posted here, or have us send one to you. Be sure to look it over carefully, and make
sure all questions are answered.  Then send the completed contract back to us and include the $200 non-
refundable deposit.  Upon receipt of these items, Coleman Video will formally reserve your date and you can put you’
re your mind at ease!
